Refund policy

To initiate a return, please email us directly at sales@hardwoodmusiccompany.com.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8903 Rolling Thunder, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For online purchases only, we will refund your purchase, less any shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Undamaged condition means (i) that there is no visible damage to the instrument and (ii) there is no audible tonal damage to the face wood of the instrument.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to honor returns for Artist Series and for commissioned pieces, though these are covered by our warranty below

If you’re interested in an exchange or an upgrade, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’d love to help get you into a drum that you love.

Warranty

We take pride in our work and in the quality of our materials. In the case of a defect in our workmanship or a failure of the materials we selected, we are happy to replace the instrument free of charge. Please contact us by email, describing the nature of your issue, and we will reply as promptly as possible.

Note that, as each of our instruments is unique, there may be lead time associated with building a replacement instrument of the same woods. We will work with you to identify the quickest and best option to get music back in your hands.

Damage due to misuse or to extreme heat or moisture are not covered.
